My personal approach means that when you call or email, you'll be getting straight through to me.
Let me help you to become more self aware, resilient and improve your well-being, so that you can make your personal and professional life more fulfilling and successful.
I offer one-to-one sessions (normally 50 minutes) at my main practice in Barnet and also near Farringdon in the City.
Because working in and around the city can mean long and unpredictable hours, I try and offer flexible appointment times to suit your availability.
I'm a qualified therapist, fully registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and abide by its strict rules about confidentiality.
I understand and value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, because I know from experience and from independent research that this is the foundation from which individuals can change and grow.
Here are 7 ways I can help you:
I can build a strong and trusting relationship with you
Enable you to feel heard and understood
Make sense of your feelings or understand why you are not feeling
Help you to become more curious about yourself
When appropriate gently challenge you
Give you a different lens through which to see your relationships and life
Feel stronger and more resilient in challenging situations
We will work together to explore your current difficulties, looking at them through a new lens to give you greater insight and perspective. This will help you gain a clearer sense of who you really are, and what you want out of your relationships and life.
Because I know it can take time to find the right therapist, we can book an initial free telephone call so you can tell me about what brings you to counselling, and it will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Then if appropriate, we can decide best how to work together.
