I offer one-to-one sessions (normally 50 minutes) at my main practice in Barnet and also near Farringdon in the City.

Because working in and around the city can mean long and unpredictable hours, I try and offer flexible appointment times to suit your availability.

I'm a qualified therapist, fully registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and abide by its strict rules about confidentiality.

I understand and value the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, because I know from experience and from independent research that this is the foundation from which individuals can change and grow.

Because I know it can take time to find the right therapist, we can book an initial free telephone call so you can tell me about what brings you to counselling, and it will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Then if appropriate, we can decide best how to work together.
